Shipping to UK (Mainland) is a flat rate of £6.00.
Prices for outside of the UK will follow shortly. However, if you would like to order any good from JS Performance and you are outside of the UK then please feel free to contact us directly or complete our enquiries form and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Specifying a different address for delivery :
If you require the dispatch of your order to an address other than the billing/cardholder's address, simply specify that your delivery address will be different from your billing address at the start of the checkout process and you will be offered the opportunity to enter/select the alternative details later in the process.
All orders received Monday to Friday are usually despatched within 24-48 hours (assuming stock is available).
In the case of special order products designed to individual customer specifications, a delay of up to 2 weeks may apply to allow for production of the item.
The length of time an order takes to reach its intended destination will depend on the location. UK inland orders will typically arrive within 3 - 5 days.
What to do if your order fails to arrive :
Packages sent by private courier are traceable and are very rarely lost. You will be sent tracking information when your parcel has been shipped.
In the unlikely event that the package does not reach you, please contact us and we will be happy to assist in sending a replacement while our investigations into the whereabouts of your parcel continue.
On your return of goods, you must notify JS Performance of your returns so that we will be expecting your package and we will be able issue a “returns” authorisation by email, which will include a reference number. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
Returns will only be accepted once you have contacted JS Performance within 5 working days of the delivery confirmation date.
Faulty or Damage Goods Returns
JS Performance will only replace faulty or damaged goods with a new item of the same specification, size and colour.
When opening the package received, the Purchaser must inspect the goods prior to fitting. If the goods are deemed faulty, the Purchaser must inform us, JS Performance by either telephone or email within 5 working days of delivery and describe the fault.
The return of faulty goods cannot be accepted by JS Performance without the allocated “returns” authorisation email and reference number or prior authorisation.
Returns of: New items returned due to incorrect shipment
If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be more than happy to make an exchange. We will also pay your first class postage costs for returning the item, as long as the following terms are adhered to:
• Returning of the items must be within the 5 working days of delivery confirmation date.
• The returning goods are in the original packaging and saleable as new items.
• The returning goods must not have been fitted or used, and must be clean and dry.
Return of: New items returned due to incorrect order
If you have ordered the wrong item then we will be happy to make an exchange as long as the following terms are adhered to:
• The returning of the goods must be within the 5 days of delivery confirmation date.
• The returning goods must be in the original packaging, and saleable as new items.
• The returning goods must have not been fitted or used, and must be clean and dry.
JS Performance does not refund the cost of postage to items which were incorrectly ordered by you, the customer.
To return any goods, you as the purchaser must contact JS Performance by either Telephone or Email, for a Returns Authorisation Email, which will include a reference number. Any goods received without prior authorisation will be quarantined and no action will be taken by JS Performance until the Purchaser has made contact.
On the returning of the goods to JS Performance you must accompany your goods with printed copy of the “returns” authorisation issued by JS Performance, which includes the reference number and a copy of the original sales invoice.
We ask that you pay for the postage to return the goods, and then we will refund the costs to you unless otherwise stated.
We can only refund the cost of 1st Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Standard Parcels for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive with us within a few days. The responsibility for the goods remains with the purchaser until they are received by JS Performance.
You may send goods back to us using a Priority or Guaranteed service but we can only refund the approximate 1st class or Standard Parcel Delivery postage cost unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation of items made to order:
Any of the following items made to order cannot be cancelled in any case:
Nomex, Fluoro hoses, bespoke hoses, special sizes and colours, or any special quantities
made to order. These cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the time you placed the order.
Cancellation of a back order:
If JS Performance fails to deliver within 28 days of ordering any goods, which is marked as in stock online at the time of ordering, or is said to be in stock when ordering over the phone, the Purchaser is entitled to receive a full refund of all the goods.
Once an order for stock items has shipped JS Performance will not accept cancellations, however if you wish to make a return , you may follow our returns policy once you have received the item.
